  • Enable ITSM Plugin - Activate the IT Service Management (ITSM) plugin in Znuny to implement ITIL-based processes.
  • Enable FAQ Plugin - Activate the FAQ plugin in Znuny to create and manage a knowledge base for frequently asked questions.
